Nekoliko linkova o Gazi i međunarodnom bojkotu Izraela
GAZA SIEGE

Do Israel pilots feel happy killing innocent women and children?
Later I am at home with my family. We've just received a phone call on our land line. It's the Israeli defence ministry, and they say that any house that has guns or weapons will be targeted next, without warning and without any announcement. Just to let you know, we don't have any weapons in our house. ... I visit the main hospital in Rafah. There are so many injured people, most of them children. In one ward, I meet four children aged five or six. They are in deep shock. They can't speak, they just look at you. Only one child could say his name: "Abdel Rahman". That's all he can say. Otherwise, he just stares. He's five. His ear was wounded by shrapnel, his head is covered by bandages. There is a 16-year-old girl also suffering from shrapnel injuries. Three of her brothers were killed; all her family were injured. She looks like a zombie and says nothing at all. Her mother is dying in the intensive care unit.

Ilan Pappe: Israel's righteous fury and its victims in Gaza
The self-righteousness is a powerful act of self-denial and justification. It explains why the Israeli Jewish society would not be moved by words of wisdom, logical persuasion or diplomatic dialogue. And if one does not want to endorse violence as the means of opposing it, there is only one way forward: challenging head-on this righteousness as an evil ideology meant to cover human atrocities. Another name for this ideology is Zionism and an international rebuke for Zionism, not just for particular Israeli policies, is the only way of countering this self-righteousness. We have to try and explain not only to the world, but also to the Israelis themselves, that Zionism is an ideology that endorses ethnic cleansing, occupation and now massive massacres. What is needed now is not just a condemnation of the present massacre but also delegitimization of the ideology that produced that policy and justifies it morally and politically. Let us hope that significant voices in the world will tell the Jewish state that this ideology and the overall conduct of the state are intolerable and unacceptable and as long as they persist, Israel will be boycotted and subject to sanctions.
The New York Times and Gaza: Justifying genocide
The Times' potted explanation of the war, presented as though it were common knowledge and irrefutable fact, conveniently ignores that it was the Israeli military which broke the cease-fire with a provocative cross-border raid into the Gaza Strip in which six members of the Hamas security force were killed. The date of the raid was November 4, not by coincidence Election Day in America. The timing is an indication that the attack was a politically calculated provocation by the Israeli regime, which it held in abeyance until after the electoral contest in the US, its indispensable patron, had been concluded.
Bishop refuses to seek personal safety while Gaza attacked
Bishop Alexious of Gaza has refused to leave the besieged and bloody strip despite pressure from many in the church to seek safety, said Archbishop Theodosios of Jerusalem.
Slike prosvjeda: Demonstrators hurl shoes at Downing Street in day of global protest against Israeli attacks
Tens of thousands in London protest Gaza offensive
Molim vas da nastavite prosvjedovati i slati poruke izraelskim, hrvatskim i ostalim političarima (adrese i akcije: ovdje i ovdje) i tražiti hitni prekid vatre i uspostavu primirja. Osim prekida vatre i hitne dostave humanitarne pomoći, možete tražiti bojkot i uvođenje sankcija protiv Izraela, prekid diplomatskih veza s tom zemljom, uspostavu suda za suđenje ratnih zločina u Palestini/Izraelu, osuđivati izraelski rasizam, aparthejd, ratne i zločine protiv čovječnosti koji traju već desetljećima... Političari, korporacije i mediji će tek pod dovoljno jakim pritiskom javnosti prestati bezrezervno podržavati zločine protiv čovječnosti koje Izrael već desetljećima provodi nad Palestincima. Bojkotirajte Izrael.
